Tipping in Latvia isn’t very common, but sometimes is warranted when receiving good service. Latvia is rich in history as it is part of the baltic states and regained its independence in 1991 from the old USSR. The food is to die for and we haven’t even begun to see the amazing sites and beaches Italy has to offer.
